Residential Services
Renovation
Renovation is not easy, but it is something that we have had substantial success with, having worked with client’s houses in many Houston neighborhoods, including Southhampton, West University Place, River Oaks, Memorial, The Heights, Montrose, Westminster Place, and so on. Consequently, we are familiar with the idiosyncrasies of construction from various periods, and the foundation types and problems common in this area.
New Construction
Our firm has designed new homes ranging from modest, affordable housing designed for a Community Development Corporation (CDC) multi-million dollar homes, both in the city and out in the country.
Historic Preservation
We have done work in many of Houston’s historic districts and have a 100 percent success rate of getting our clients’ projects approved by the Houston Archaeological and Historical Commission.
Commercial Services
Retail
Our firm has extensive retail experience in the design of new retail shell construction and renovation, as well as tenant interiors. Since 2009 we have been the Architects for the re-positioning of the Wonderland of the Americas Mall in San Antonio, where we have been involved in over 200,000 sf of tenant improvements, exterior renovations and planning for future development.
Office/Medical Office
We are experienced in the design of commercial office space and medical office space (including dental and family practice clinics), with projects ranging from 2,000 sf to approximately 15,000 sf in the Houston, San Antonio and Austin markets. We are interested in putting the ‘fun’ back in function.
Warehouse/Office
Got stuff? Our firm has significant experience in the design of self storage facilities (including new construction and renovations), as well as other types of warehouse and shell office buildings.
